Associate Veterinarian PT/FT - New Grads Welcome!

Are you a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated veterinarian ready to thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment?   We are looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our team in delivering outstanding care to our patients and strengthening the bond between pets and their families.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary ($120,000 - $180,000 DOE) + production bonus
  • Comprehensive mentorship program for new and recent DVM graduates: daily case support, weekly check-ins, and hands-on surgical training

What We’re Looking For

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an AVMA-accredited institution
  • Active California State Veterinary License (or eligibility to obtain)
  • DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Maintain current Continuing Education requirements for the state of California
  • Committed to ongoing personal growth and assisting the development of others

Your Role as an Associate Veterinarian

You’ll play a key role in delivering preventive, diagnostic, and comprehensive care to companion animals, while also serving as a trusted advisor and compassionate resource for their families. 

Focus Areas:

  • Lead medical and surgical cases with full diagnostic support (digital radiology, ultrasound, in-house labs, dental suite, and more)
  • Collaborate with an experienced team of doctors and licensed support staff within a culture that prioritizes both quality medicine and work-life balance
  • New and recent graduates: Develop confidence in clinical and surgical skills with direct mentorship allowing you to grow at a pace tailored to you
